Ingredients :
Chicken breasts (500 grams)
Greek yogurt (1/2 cup)
Juice of one lemon
2 small tablespoons curry powder
1 small teaspoon cumin powder
1 small teaspoon ground coriander
1 small teaspoon ground ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Method :
1.In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice, curry powder, cumin, coriander, ginger, and garlic.
2.Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and place them in the mixture.
3.Add salt and black pepper to taste, then let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4.Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
5.Grill the chicken until cooked and browned on all sides.
6.Serve the Tika with rice and garnish with fresh coriander.
7.You can add onion and bell pepper pieces to the recipe for extra flavor.
