Ingredients :
2 eggplants
1 tomato
1 onion
50g cilantro
2 table spoon pomegranate molasses
1 tea spoon olive oil
Method :
1.First put the eggplants in the oven for ten minutes
2.Put the egg plants into a bid bowl after peeling them and then mash them
3.Cut all the veggies into small sizes
4.Mix the veggies with the eggplants
5.Add the pomegranate molasses, olive oil and season with salt
6.Serve cold and garnished with pomegranate seeds
