100 g halloumi cheese
2 cup of lettuce
1 cucumber thinly sliced
8 strawberries
30 g almonds
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp olive oil
salt and black pepper
Method :
1.Grill halloumi slices in a hot pan on both slides
2.Mix lettuce with cucumbers
3.place haloumi on greens
4.add sliced strawberries with roasted shaved almond on top
5.mix sauce ingredients until creamy and drizzle on the salad
