150 gram Blueberry1”
1 Banana
100 gram Yogurt
Method :
1.Put the 150g blueberries, 1 banana, 150g yogurt, 1/2 apple juice and mint, if using, in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add a splash of water if it seems too thick.
2.Pour the smoothie in tall galsses and serve
