1 head of celery
1 green apple
2 spoons lemon
20g ginger
Method :
1.Put the chopped celery,apple,half the lemon juice,ginger in a processor food or blender and pulse to finely chop
2.Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve into a jug pressing dow with the back of a spoon to extract all the juice and serve in galsses with pieces of the reserved celery stalk
