Ingredients :
100 g Mushroom
One medium onion
2 gloves of garlic
One litre of chicken broth
50ml of cooking cream
One teaspoon of coconut butter
Salt & origano as desired
Method :
1.Place a spoonful of coconut butter in a frying pan over medium heat
2.Chop the onion and mash the garlic
3.Add onions and garlic to the pan and stir
4.Add the chopped mushrooms with a pinch of salt and continue stirring
5.After the mushrooms wilt, add the chicken broth and let it boil
6.Reduce the heat and add the cooking cream
7.Add desired spices
8.Cover the pot for three minutes, then turn off the heat
