half avocado
1 cucumber
1 red onion
1 lemon
half a cup of corn
1 tea spoon olive oil
90g sliced chicken brastes
Method :
1.Cut the veggies into cubes
2.Season with salt, lemon juice and olive oil
3.Season the chicken breast with salt pepper and a pinch of paprika and bake it in the oven on 400 dgree for 14 minutes
4.Transfer the veggies to a serving plate, slice the chicken up and top it on the veggies, garnish with parsley and serve cold
