Ingredients :
A cup of red lentils
onion
Head of garlic
Two lemons
Half a cup of parsley
A spoon of olive oil
salt
Method :
1.boil a cup of lentils
2.chop the onions and mash the garlic
3.roast the garlic and onions with a tablespoon of olive oil
4.Now put salt on top of the lentils
5.After the lentils are cooked, we put them in the blender and grind them
6.Return the lentils after grinding to the cooking pot, then put the lemon, onions and garlic on top and stir.
7.When ensuring that the lentils are done, chop the parsley
8.Put the soup in a serving bowl and garnish it with chopped parsley
