1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
1 clove garlic, minced

Fresh parsley for garnish
Method :
1.Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2.Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until golden.
3.Add sliced mushrooms and diced bell peppers, cook until vegetables are tender.
4.Crack the eggs into the pan, season with salt and black pepper, and cook to your desired doneness.
